“Construction work is taking place in close proximity to our yard. The contractor is not following safety measures, which poses a threat to the lives and health of residents, especially children,” they report.
According to the residents, there is no reliable fencing at the construction site, and the machinery and building materials are located too close to residential buildings, without any protective barriers or warning signs.
“There are no protective canopies or nets that could prevent construction debris from falling onto our territory. Moreover, materials are stacked here in a disorderly manner, which increases the risk to residents' safety. Pedestrian safety requirements are also not being followed,” they add.
Residents report that they have repeatedly contacted the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate (GASK), the State Construction Committee, and the prosecutor's office; however, the developer continues to ignore their demands and proceeds with the work in violation of regulations.

Representatives of the company stated: “The neighbors have installed special barriers—without them, it would be impossible to start work. This has been done in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities. We use a crane to lift bricks to the upper floors, and it is installed strictly according to the project; the boundaries of the plots have not been violated,” the company told Kaktus.media.“At 'Ansar Kurułush', we emphasize that before starting work, employees undergo safety training every day.
“There are sometimes violations at the construction site, but we have conducted explanatory work with those who committed them. We hope that in the future there will be fewer violations,” the company added.
