A new playground with slides, pull-up bars, and other elements was recently opened in the "Kyzyl-Asker" area. According to the youth, this is the only place for active recreation in their neighborhood. However, local residents living in the houses across the street have started to obstruct access to the playground, claiming that the teenagers are too old for this place. "We just wanted to sit on a bench and exercise on the pull-up bars, but we are not allowed," they complain. Furthermore, the playground has been fenced off and it has been indicated that it is closed after 8:00 PM, which, according to the teenagers, contradicts local regulations.

"Why are local residents closing the playground on their own? When we came, it was locked even during the day. Neighbors living across the street close the doors and decide who can pass," the teenagers ask. They also noted that they felt uncomfortable when they were kicked out. "We just wanted to exercise on the pull-up bars," they add.
Kaktus.media reached out to the city hall for comments. In response, municipal representatives stated that they had forwarded the information to the Akimat of the Lenin District for further consideration.
