They report: "We are tired of the constant gatherings of young people, presumably students from KSTU and colleges. They leave trash behind, smoke, and often get into fights. The ditch behind the house is piled with waste, causing a disgusting smell. We cannot open the windows because the stench from the rotting garbage fills the apartment. There are many cafes and stalls with pastries in the area, but our appeals to the owners have yielded no results," local residents share.
We clean up the trash every day, but it doesn't help. The students leave even more waste.
