In their appeal, they emphasize that the street mainly consists of one- and two-story buildings, while the neighboring plot has been designated for multi-story construction. According to the residents, the emergence of a five-story building will disrupt the architectural harmony of the area and may not comply with urban planning requirements.
Concerns Raised
In their appeal, residents highlighted several key issues.- The old water supply system will not cope with the load from the multi-story residential complex. Residents report that water pressure is already low, and connecting the new building will only worsen the situation. "This will lead to an even greater decrease in pressure and worsen living conditions," they add.
- The sewage system is not prepared for additional loads. According to the protesters, the existing communications are not designed to service multi-story buildings.
- The problem of a lack of parking spaces. In their opinion, the project does not take parking needs into account, which could lead to traffic jams on the narrow street, complicating the movement of emergency services.
- Loss of sunlight. The appearance of a five-story building may overshadow nearby private houses, which also evokes negative emotions among residents.
