In an interview with the "Kabar" agency, Talantbek noted that Bishkek, as the capital, needs vertical development. He emphasized that during discussions on renovation issues, residents and deputies expressed concerns about increased traffic jams, as the construction of high-rise buildings could lead to an increase in the number of residents in new developments from 100 to 500 people.

"We should follow the example of Beijing, where on wide ten to twelve-lane roads, people spend up to 1.5 hours on the road. This is the capital, and such development is necessary for us as well," he added.

However, if someone wants to live in a calm environment and enjoy fresh air, they have the option to move to a village or a pasture.

The official also noted that the president is pursuing the right policy aimed at building comfortable housing. In the regions, billions of soms are allocated annually for the construction of new homes equipped with playgrounds and other amenities. Unlike in the past, when Bishkek and Osh were the main centers, the city of Manas is now actively developing, where the construction of multi-story buildings is also planned. "In the last five years, we have developed plans and strategies, and there is hope that existing problems will soon be resolved," he concluded.
