Concerned locals are urgently calling on the authorities to respond to the situation and take the necessary measures.

Response from the Construction Company
According to information provided by ARZY Group Development, immediately after the incident, the relevant services were called, and workers from “Bishkek Gas” temporarily shut off the gas supply to 20 houses. Company employees visited all affected apartments, provided explanations, organized hot meals, and offered temporary accommodation in a hotel. Due to safety regulations prohibiting work at night, the completion of restoration work on November 19 was not possible. The repair team began work on the morning of November 20. According to preliminary data, the gas supply is expected to be fully restored by the evening.“We express regret for the inconveniences caused and thank the residents for their understanding. The safety of citizens and the prompt elimination of the consequences remain our priority. We are ready for dialogue and to provide all necessary information,” the company noted.
