As the residents reported, on October 22, the contractor who is building a new building nearby was working on the heating networks, but after completing the work, they did not restore order in the yard.
According to them, the builders have not been seen for several weeks.
Residents also report that the temperature of the radiators in their apartments is significantly below normal, even though the heating has been turned off, and bills for services are being received as usual.
In response to these issues, "Bishkekteploseti" stated that they will address the contractor who carried out the work. Previously, all actions were coordinated with the residents, who were notified.
The work was carried out by OsOO "Shef-montazh," and now their activities will be inspected by the municipal inspection of Bishkek, where a complaint from the residents has also been received.
