The Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nurdana Oruntaev, conducted an inspection of several construction sites in Bishkek on January 17.
During the inspection of a residential complex located on Ankara Street and owned by the company OsOO "Aalam Stroy," serious violations of construction legislation and technical safety requirements were discovered. The violations affected more than ten blocks of this facility. It was also revealed that the company used the services of private laboratories for certain stages of construction. Additionally, instances of illegal transfer of blocks to shareholders were recorded.
As a result of the inspection, fines were imposed on OsOO "Aalam Stroy" for each identified violation, and the corresponding protocols were drawn up. Construction work at the site has been suspended. The issue of a possible suspension of the company's license will be considered at the next commission meeting. Furthermore, the minister instructed to conduct a quality inspection of the construction with the involvement of specialists from the Republican Center for Certification in Construction. Depending on the results of the laboratory tests, additional measures will be taken.
In conclusion of his inspection, Nurdana Oruntaev noted that strict disciplinary measures would be applied to the responsible employees of the subordinate institutions.
