Currently, work is underway on all three phases. The commissioning of 22 blocks of the first phase is scheduled for the summer of 2026.
In addition, the project includes the construction of sports halls, the creation of pedestrian routes, bike paths, and green areas for active recreation. Residential buildings will be equipped with energy-saving technologies and high-speed internet.
