As stated, the State Department of Architectural and Construction Control, carrying out the instructions of Minister Nurdana Oruntaev, is actively working on resolving issues related to multi-story buildings that were illegally erected in previous years and did not receive official commissioning.
On December 15, Ernazarbek Suerkulov, the director of the mentioned department, met with residents of the 12-story building located at 159 Suymbaeva Street and handed them a compliance certificate confirming the commissioning of the facility.
It is reported that this residential complex was built by "Pegas Ala-Too" without adhering to the necessary standards and could not be commissioned for a long time. This created problems for residents who were unable to register their apartments and faced difficulties in processing real estate documents.
The Ministry of Construction noted that starting in 2025, under the instruction of President Sadyr Japarov, a systematic effort will be implemented to address issues related to residential buildings constructed with violations.
