In the coming days, the road connecting the village of Zardaly in the Batken region with the Sary-Talaa – Kyzyl-Tash route will be put into operation. This was reported by the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
Minister Absattar Syrgabaev visited the construction site on December 6 to familiarize himself with the ongoing work on this road.
According to available information, work on the expansion and leveling of the 17.5 km section has been completed, and the road will be ready for commissioning in the coming days. Construction of the 30-meter metal bridge is also 95% complete.
It should be noted that on September 29, 2024, President Sadyr Japarov visited the village of Zardaly and informed local residents about plans to build the road next year, as well as to carry out electrification work and construct a small hydroelectric power station.
Zardaly is a high-altitude village with difficult access.
