According to the information, traffic is restricted on the section of the road from the 27th to the 37th kilometer, which leads to the summer pastures of Son-Kul. This decision was made by the order of the akim of the Kochkor district due to the onset of the winter period and the increased risk of avalanches.
The travel ban came into effect on November 6. Road Service No. 14 has been instructed to install warning signs and monitor the condition of this section. Additionally, the Sary-Bulak ayil okmotu and the local branch of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are required to monitor snow conditions and, if necessary, organize controlled avalanche descents.
Authorities emphasize that these measures are taken to ensure the safety of both local residents and drivers.
