Tynchtykbek Jumagulov, an elected delegate, reported that delegates from the Naryn region held a meeting in Naryn. "We elected Akmatbek Akylbek uulu as the chairman of the National Council from our region. Tynchtyk Jumagulov and Soңkölbek Kasiev will represent the Kochkor district at the IV People's Kurultai. Currently, we are gathering questions that concern the people. At the kurultai, we will voice the most significant and relevant topics, while the others will be forwarded to the appropriate organizations," he noted.
The list of issues to be discussed from the Kochkor district at the IV People's Kurultai:
1. The opening of a hemodialysis center in the village of Kochkor, which is the administrative center of the district.
2. Development of infrastructure (roads, water supply, electrification, etc.) in the residential area of Koy-Tash (404.5 ha) in the rural district of Ormon-Khan.
3. Adding a project for the construction of a hydroelectric power station to the work plan of the BDR on the Karakol River in the rural district of Kara-Suu.
4. Allocation of 1-2% of revenues from the Solton-Sary gold deposit to the development fund of the Kochkor district.
5. Completion of the construction of the Sary-Bulak—Archaly—Oroktam road in the rural district of Sary-Bulak.
6. Improving conditions for elderly people in the central hospital of the village of Kochkor, reducing prices for medicines and laboratory tests.
7. Conducting major repairs of the Chon-Tuz mine and the Chon-Tuz sanatorium in the village of Tuz, transforming them into a comprehensive health and wellness center with transfer to the balance of the village administration.
8. Implementation of a project to lay 18 km of water pipes from the village of Komsomol for the irrigation of the village of Cholpon.
9. Creation of a fire department in the village of Mantysh in the Kara-Suu rural district.
10. Construction of a road connecting the village of Shamshy in the Kochkor district and the village of Shamshy in the Chuy district of Chuy region.
11. Construction of a racetrack in the Kochkor district.
There will be 10 delegates from the Kochkor district present at the IV People's Kurultai.
