According to information provided by the presidential representative in the Osh region, Elchibek Jantaev, 144 kilometers of roads were built in 2024. In the current year, as of 11 months, this figure has significantly increased and exceeded 400 kilometers. Additional road works are planned to be completed by the end of the year.
Among the new and updated road sections, key segments of the international highway Osh–Batken–Razakov can be noted, including the section Nookat–Kyzyl-Kiya, as well as the road Uzgen–Myza-Ake–Kara-Kuldja, which had long caused difficulties for local residents.
