In response, the State Department of Architectural and Construction Control of the Ministry of Construction reported that adjustments were made to the design of the new building. Currently, work is underway to dismantle the windows installed in a checkerboard pattern to adapt them to the updated project. All construction processes are under strict control of the ministry and are carried out in accordance with the approved documentation, which eliminates any cause for concern, the department noted.
Additionally, on September 30, the Ministry of Construction conducted laboratory and seismic tests at the construction sites located at Baytik Baatyr Street, 1 E, which confirmed compliance with the requirements, as recorded in a positive conclusion.
