According to him, officers from the Investigative Service arrived and showed him a warrant for the search.

It is worth noting that Shailoobek Atazov was a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the seventh convocation.
This year, he planned to participate in the elections; however, the Central Election Commission denied his registration due to the fact that starting from 2024, he is listed on preventive registration as a person with connections to an organized criminal group. Additionally, according to the Border Service of the GKNB, Atazov was outside the country from March 13 to November 29, 2024, which totaled 260 days and also constitutes a violation of the requirement for permanent residence.
