He noted that currently there is no corresponding law in the country; however, with the new composition of the Jogorku Kenesh beginning its work, it is planned to present this document for discussion. Oruntaev added that three main principles are being considered in the development of the draft law.
“First of all, the document is aimed at protecting the interests of the local population. The second principle is the guarantee of investors' rights. The third principle is the establishment of legal frameworks for interaction between investors and residents,” he emphasized.
The minister also indicated that the draft law is already prepared and will soon be presented in the established manner for consideration.
