Nurdana Oruntaev met with the heads of construction companies in the country

Nurdana Oruntaev, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, held a meeting with representatives of over 100 construction companies. The event was also attended by the chairman of the Builders' Union Cholponbek Akmatov, deputy ministers, department directors, and inspectors from the State Architectural and Construction Control Department.

During the meeting, the minister detailed the changes made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to the new rules, the procedure for state architectural and construction control now includes paid services. In particular, the entry of data on capital construction, reconstruction, and redevelopment into the Register of Construction Projects will be done on a paid basis, except for projects funded from the state budget.

The amount of payment and the procedure for its implementation will be determined by regulatory legal acts. Furthermore, before submitting an application to the State Architectural and Construction Control Department, the corresponding payment will need to be made.

The main goals of introducing new paid services are as follows:
* Creating a unified system for registering projects
* Improving the quality and safety of construction
* Forming the Register of Construction Projects
* Ensuring constant control in construction
* Reducing corruption risks

The minister emphasized the importance of these changes for organizing the construction sector and ensuring safety at all stages. "Our goal is to create open and accountable control, as well as to support the construction industry," he noted.

During the discussion, the participants raised numerous questions and made their suggestions. ```
