Residents of the "Ak-Ordo" district contacted the Call center Kaktus.media regarding the lack of public transport.

According to local residents, "there is a catastrophic shortage of buses in 'Ak-Ordo.' Every day it's the same - first, you have to wait, and then squeeze into a full bus and travel in such a crowd to your destination. We ask the city authorities to pay attention to our problem and add at least one additional bus route, for example, along the route of bus No. 6. We, adults, can endure, but we are very concerned about the children."

Statement from the City Hall

The municipal enterprise "Bishkek City Transport" commented on the situation, stating that work is being done to increase the number of additional trips.

According to their information, routes No. 6, 227, 61, 222, 169, 15, 36, and 103 operate at the specified stop, with an average interval of 8-10 minutes. However, due to narrow streets and traffic jams, this interval may temporarily increase in some cases," added the Bishkek City Transport municipal enterprise.

Municipality representatives noted that the issue of public transport accessibility is under the control of the management, and work in this direction will continue.
