In the Call Center Kaktus.media, residents from various districts of Bishkek have reached out. They are complaining about the lack of routes, infrequent bus service, and changes in traffic patterns. According to them, this forces them to wait a long time for transport and travel with transfers.

Residents of the "Dostuk" microdistrict in the Pervomaisky district are asking: "When will public transport be launched in our area?" Previously, minibus No. 240 operated here, but it is currently absent. A temporary bus No. 38 has been introduced, which goes through the military institute to the "Alamedin-1" microdistrict, but it is always overcrowded as it covers many areas. Local residents are requesting the launch of an additional route.

Speaking about the "Jal" microdistrict, residents report that buses No. 10 and No. 11 have been launched, but the promised bus No. 14 has yet to hit the road. They hope this will be taken into account.

Changes to bus route No. 61 have also caused dissatisfaction. One of the mothers of many children living in the Akhunbaev/Bakha area reported that her children now have to make two transfers and walk to school No. 40. She suggested allocating another bus, as their area is densely populated.

Although an electric bus No. 33 has appeared in the upper zone on Auezov Street, public transport does not operate to "Kirkomstrom" and back. All terminal stops are located in the "Tunguch" microdistrict.

Residents using bus No. 56 on Salieva Street through Lebedinovka to "Alamedin-1" are concerned about the lack of evening services. The bus hardly runs after 8:00 PM, while there are over 20 buses on route No. 40.

Residents of Lebedinovka are also requesting an additional bus towards the CHPP along Salieva and Lermontova streets.

Although bus No. 38 exists, it runs very rarely, and the waiting time can be up to 40 minutes. During the day, the situation is slightly better, but in the evening, it becomes almost impossible to wait for it. When the bus arrives, it is already overcrowded, as it is also used by children from schools No. 31, 15, 50, 49, and 83.
During peak hours, it becomes simply impossible. We tried walking, but that's not an option either.
Response from the City Administration
The press service of the municipality, referring to the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek City Transport," reported the following:
The road infrastructure of the "Dostuk" microdistrict does not allow for the use of 10-12 meter buses. Work is underway to purchase 300 buses measuring 7-8 meters, and the issue of providing transport for this microdistrict will be considered after their arrival;
Route No. 14 originally served the "Jal" microdistrict. Although its traffic pattern has changed, the city administration claims that this has not affected the residents of the area. Previously, 13 buses operated, and now there are 20;
To launch an alternative route instead of bus No. 61, more transport and drivers are needed than the Municipal Enterprise "BGT" currently has. At the moment, the enterprise has acquired 95 buses measuring 12 meters, but time is required for their customs clearance and registration. After that, the issue will be reviewed;
On route No. 56, 18 buses operate daily with an interval of 11-12 minutes, but due to city traffic jams and congestion, the interval can increase to 30-40 minutes. To address this issue, the allocation of separate lanes for public transport is planned;
On route No. 38, 25 buses operate daily with an interval of 10 minutes, but due to traffic jams, the waiting time can also reach 30-40 minutes.
Overall, as emphasized by the city administration, the route network is currently organized in such a way that, by making one stop, one can reach any point in the capital.
