The call center received a request from residents of the mentioned villages.

They reported that with the onset of cold weather, the situation with public transport has significantly worsened. While previously the minivans operated intermittently, now they are virtually absent. "It is difficult for children to get to school; the distance of 4 km is hard to cover, and people are late for work," local residents shared.

In this regard, they appealed for help to President Sadyr Japarov.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, on December 23, specialists from the Chui-Bishkek Regional Office of the Department of Ground and Water Transport met with residents of the specified villages. As a result of the meeting, the company OsOO "Vostok-Zapad Transit," which services route No. 366, added another bus to the line. Now there are two buses operating on the route instead of one.
