At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Ulukbek Karybek uulu proposed inviting representatives from Gazprom LLC, the Ministry of Energy, and the Antimonopoly Regulation Service for discussion. The reason for this request was numerous complaints from citizens regarding inflated bills.
He emphasized that "Gazprom" had previously reported that they experienced telemetry issues in October and November, resulting in many subscribers not being accounted for.
“As a result, the company is issuing bills for three months. We need to obtain their explanations regarding this situation, especially considering that among those affected are pensioners, large families, and low-income individuals who are facing high amounts in their bills,” the deputy added.
