According to the deputy, in October and November, the company was unable to accurately track the meter readings, which resulted in users receiving bills for three months at once. In the company's official response, it was stated that a failure in the telemetry system prevented the actual readings from being accounted for, and after the system was restored, subscribers received bills for three months. "I propose to give an instruction to hear their report. This concerns large families, pensioners, and low-income individuals who are receiving exorbitant bills," he added.
Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, the chairman, supported the deputy's initiative, emphasizing that this is an important issue. He suggested that the relevant committee prepare an appropriate resolution.
