During the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Gulsharkan Kultaeva asked the First Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration Kamchybek Dosmatov about the conditions under which it is possible to recall an employee from vacation.
The Deputy Minister explained that recalling an employee from vacation is only permissible with their consent, and it cannot be done without it.
Additionally, the deputy inquired whether it is possible to carry over unused vacation from the previous year to the current one.
Dosmatov replied that such provisions are enshrined in labor legislation, and the employee is entitled to additional vacation.
