During a meeting dedicated to the draft law "On Labor Protection," MP Dastan Bekeshev expressed the idea of the need to stop sending employees of the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk" onto the roads.
“It is unsafe. We live in the 21st century; we have specialized equipment. It is important to stop sending people onto the roads,” he noted.
Marlen Mamataliyev added that workers of "Tazalyk" and road repairmen should have the opportunity to work at night.
“During the day, there are traffic jams, and the roads are closed. In foreign countries, such work is done at night. When I asked why this is impossible for us, I was told that double payment is required. This is stipulated in the legislation. What prevents you from making changes?” the deputy asked.
Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration Kamchybek Dosmatov confirmed that the issue will be considered by his department.
