According to Kachkynbaev, there are currently 2,157 children under 3 years old living in the district, of which 889 meet the criteria established by the government decree. To date, 462 applications for benefits have been registered.
“At the beginning of the database operation, there were some technical difficulties during the first four days. However, in the following days, it worked stably, and there were no more problems. According to the decree, income, property, and place of work are not taken into account when submitting applications. Applications can be submitted for the third and subsequent children if they are under 3 years old. The place of residence of the parents must match their registration. Only marriage certificates and birth certificates of the children are required; no other documents are needed,” clarified E. Kachkynbaev.
