An inclusive platform-lift has been installed in the Manas underground passage, designed for people with limited physical abilities, as well as for parents with strollers.
According to the press service of the city administration, this decision was made as part of a program aimed at creating an inclusive environment to improve the quality of life and meet the social needs of citizens.
At the same time, the city administration expresses concern about acts of vandalism, where unknown individuals damage the equipment by breaking buttons and cutting electrical wiring, which hinders the normal operation of the lift. These actions negatively affect the safety of movement and the use of conditions created for people, the statement notes.
The Manas city administration urges residents to be attentive and take care of public property, as well as to appreciate the conditions created for the convenience of all citizens.
