A supervision session was held at Correctional Institution No. 31, organized for psychologists and inspectors of the Rehabilitation and Social Adaptation Centers of the State Penitentiary Service, as reported by the institution's press service.
The purpose of this event was to enhance the professional skills of specialists working with convicts and detainees, as well as to improve interaction between them and to prevent professional burnout.
The participants of the supervision discussed practical cases, shared experiences, and examined important aspects of psychological support within the penitentiary system.
Additionally, as part of the event, timed to coincide with the third anniversary of the establishment of the Psychological Service of the State Penitentiary Service and the summary of work for the year 2025, a winner was announced in the nomination "Best Penitentiary Psychologist." Eleonora Erkegulova, a captain of the internal service, was recognized for her high level of professionalism and significant contribution to the development of the psychological service.
