After the holding of the alaman ulak in the Uzgen district, cases of unauthorized waste dumping at the event site were discovered. This was reported by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In connection with this situation, the Osh regional administration has begun necessary response measures. In particular, official letters were sent to the rural districts of Bash-Dobo and Tort-Kol, demanding the organization of the process to clean the area of waste.
Additionally, one of the organizers of the alaman ulak, Zhanish Niyazov, was fined 5,500 soms in accordance with Article 115/1 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
At the moment, the event organizers, together with local authorities and residents, are working on cleaning the area of garbage.
