According to the information from the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, it is quite permissible to receive a pension by proxy.
According to the legislation, a pensioner has the right to appoint a trusted person to receive their payments if the power of attorney is drawn up in accordance with the civil norms of the country.
The Social Fund noted that if the power of attorney is executed in accordance with the rules established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, and its validity is confirmed annually, then pension payments can be made under it for the entire duration of its validity, even if it exceeds one year.
