The Ministry of Construction reports the imposition of a fine of 400,000 soms on a developer in Bishkek for violations of construction standards.
During the inspection, serious violations were identified in the construction process of a 9-story residential complex located at: N. Kopernik St., 26/1, as well as a 14-story building at: J. Baatyr St., 50a.
It was found that the requirements of the current construction standards of the Kyrgyz Republic were not observed at the specified construction sites. Additionally, there was a lack of a unified object passport and insufficient organization of safety measures.
As a result of the inspection, a report was drawn up, and the developer was issued a directive to eliminate all identified violations. Based on this report, the developer was fined 400,000 soms.
