The name "Creator" [Kyrgyz: "zharatuuchu"] was chosen for him by his paternal grandfather.
"Grandpa gave me this name, and many people ask me about its meaning. I decided to find out and learned that it means 'Creator,'" shared Kubanych uulu.
He was born on February 29, 1992. Currently, Rabbil is married and raising three children.
"Different circumstances happen in life. My parents separated when we were still children, and then we moved in with our mother. I graduated from school in 2010 and now work at one of the fields in the Kemin district," he added.
