A new building for secondary school No. 5, named after Joombart Bokonbaev, has begun construction in Osh, with a capacity of 750 seats. This information was provided by representatives of the Ministry of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The building project envisions a three-story structure with six separate blocks. Inside, there will be modern classrooms, a library, a computer lab, laboratories, an assembly hall, workshops, and a fully equipped gym. Currently, earthworks are being carried out on the site.
It should be noted that the existing school was built in 1972 and currently educates approximately 2,200 students. With the introduction of the new building, additional conditions will be created for the education of another 1,500 children.
The Ministry of Construction emphasized that the project is being implemented by the directive of President Sadyr Japarov.
