According to the press service of the Talas region's Internal Affairs Department, during these activities, 17 minors were found on the streets at night without the supervision of parents or legal guardians. Protocols were drawn up against the parents of these children based on Article 74 of the KR Code on Offenses, which pertains to violations related to the protection of children's health and their comprehensive development. Explanatory conversations were also held, during which parents were reminded of their responsibilities under the law.
