According to the department, parents of teenagers found on the street at night without adult supervision were fined a total of 40,000 soms.
This event was organized to ensure the safety of minors and prevent offenses.
The raid involved employees from the social development department of the Manas city mayor's office, the family and children protection department of the city labor, social security, and migration management, as well as the juvenile affairs inspection of the city internal affairs department and heads of territorial administrations.
As a result of the operation, 40 minors were identified who were on the street, in entertainment venues, and public catering establishments without the supervision of parents or legal representatives. Relevant protocols were drawn up against the parents and guardians of the teenagers, explanatory conversations were held, and warnings were issued.
Law enforcement agencies note that similar raids will continue in the coming days to ensure the safety of minors and maintain public order.

Violation of the requirements of legislation on measures to prevent harm to children's health, their physical, intellectual, psychological, spiritual, and moral development, including allowing children (by parents, persons replacing them, as well as owners of relevant facilities) to be in places where their presence is prohibited or restricted, results in a fine for individuals in the amount of 10 calculated indicators, and for legal entities - 50 calculated indicators.
Article 102. Evasion of parental responsibilities
Failure by parents or persons replacing them to fulfill their duties in raising children, resulting in actions by a child under the age of sixteen that contain signs of offenses for which responsibility is provided by this Code, results in a fine for individuals in the amount of 10 calculated indicators.
