High-ranking officials participated in the event, which took place the day before: Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General of Police Erkebek Ashirkhodzhaev, the President's representative in the Jalal-Abad region Tilek Tekebaev, the head of the local Internal Affairs Department, Colonel of Police Marlis Asanov, and the chairman of the veterans' council Mukhtarjan Ismailov. The personnel from various units were also present: the Manas City Department, the Suzak and Bazar-Korgon District Internal Affairs Departments, the patrol service, the special forces company of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as servicemen from military unit No. 704 and employees of the main department for ensuring road safety.
During the inspection, Major General E. Ashirkhodzhaev emphasized the importance of responsibly fulfilling official duties during the holiday period. He highlighted the necessity of ensuring citizens' safety, monitoring traffic, and preventing crimes. In conclusion of his speech, he wished everyone well-being in the upcoming New Year and congratulated the personnel on the holiday.
According to the department's information, during the New Year holidays, over a thousand law enforcement officers will be working in an enhanced mode in the Jalal-Abad region.
