According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the meeting was organized ahead of the session of the Collective Security Council of the CSTO, which will be held from November 25 to 27 in Bishkek and the Chui region. The planned event requires special attention to security issues.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Major General of Police Oktay Urmambetov, as well as heads of main departments and independent services, and chiefs of territorial units in Bishkek and the Chui region.
During the discussion, key points were addressed, such as enhancing public safety during state events, measures to prevent offenses, improving traffic regulation, optimizing transport flows, and conducting explanatory work with the population.
Oktay Urmambetov emphasized the importance of strict adherence to internal discipline, precise execution of orders from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as polite and respectful communication between police officers and citizens.
