Attention was also given to preparations for the upcoming meeting of the Collective Security Council, which will take place in Bishkek.
President Japarov noted that Kyrgyzstan's participation in the CSTO is a crucial direction of the country's foreign policy strategy and emphasized Kyrgyzstan's ongoing contribution to strengthening collective security mechanisms.
The CSTO Secretary General, Imangali Tasmagambetov, in turn, expressed a positive assessment of Kyrgyzstan's presidency, highlighting the successful implementation of the action plan.
He also emphasized the significance of the International Conference on Cybersecurity, organized at the initiative of Kyrgyzstan, which significantly enhanced the collective capabilities of the participating countries in countering modern challenges.
Tasmagambetov confirmed that preparations for the meeting of the Collective Security Council are proceeding on schedule and at a high organizational level.
At the conclusion of the meeting, President Japarov awarded Imangali Tasmagambetov the Order of "Dostuk" in recognition of his significant contributions to strengthening security and friendship between states.
