The President emphasized that the country's participation in the CSTO is an important direction of Kyrgyzstan's foreign policy, noting the ongoing contribution to strengthening the collective security system.
Imangali Tasmagambetov, in turn, expressed high appreciation for Kyrgyzstan's presidency, noting the successful implementation of the action plan. He highlighted the significance of the international conference on cybersecurity, held at Kyrgyzstan's initiative, as an important step towards strengthening the collective potential of the member states in combating modern challenges.
The Secretary General also confirmed that preparations for the meeting of the Collective Security Council, which will take place in Bishkek, are proceeding according to the planned schedule and at a high level of organization.
At the conclusion of the meeting, in recognition of Imangali Tasmagambetov's contribution to strengthening security and friendship between states, Sadyr Japarov awarded him the Order of "Dostuk," a state award of the Kyrgyz Republic.
