On December 29, 2025, a garrison drill inspection took place in the main square of the village of Kochkor, attended by leaders of the district administration, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and heads of public safety services and the Kochkor ROVD — Police Lieutenant Colonel M. Kurbanbaev and Police Colonel I. Bazarkulov.
The drill inspection featured organized ranks of police personnel, volunteer groups, and service vehicles. The participants were assigned tasks related to maintaining public order, ensuring citizen safety, and monitoring traffic in the lead-up to the New Year 2026.
The key areas of focus included:
- prevention of offenses and crimes;
- prevention of legal violations among personnel;
- strict adherence to service discipline;
- combating crime among minors.
Additionally, the requirements of the Ministry of Internal Affairs orders dated December 5, 2025, No. 855, the Naryn Region Department of Internal Affairs dated December 8, 2025, No. 514, and the Kochkor ROVD dated December 8, 2025, No. 259 were explained.
In accordance with these orders, from December 29, 2025, to January 8, 2026, all personnel of the Kochkor District Department of Internal Affairs will operate in an enhanced combat mode, fulfilling their official duties.
A total of 63 employees will be engaged in enhanced mode in the Kochkor District.
