Police officers received new service vehicles

The ceremony for the transfer of new service vehicles and snowmobiles took place on December 18 at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, new vehicles were handed over to various units, including the tourist police of the Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions, the city of Bishkek, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, and operational services.

The event was attended by the Minister of Internal Affairs Ulan Niyazbekov, his first deputy and deputies, as well as police officers.

During the ceremony, 50 new service vehicles were handed over, including brands such as JAC, Changan, Hyundai Staria, Toyota Hiace, Geely Atlas, Chevrolet Cobalt, and Niva Legend, as well as 5 snowmobiles. All vehicles are equipped with the necessary technical means.

Ulan Niyazbekov noted that to enhance public order and road safety, as well as to improve the quality of service for citizens, significant attention is being paid to the logistical support of internal affairs agencies.

According to the minister, the new vehicles are primarily intended for use by the tourist police, public order services, and road safety, as well as operational units.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs added that this will improve the capacity to reduce crime levels, prevent offenses, and more effectively fulfill service tasks.
