During the inspection, Kozukeiev identified several shortcomings and issued an order for their prompt rectification.
He also emphasized the need to establish cooperation with relevant services and organizations for effective snow and ice removal from roads, in order to ensure control over the execution of these works.
The head of the Main Department for Road Traffic Safety paid special attention to the Bishkek — Karakol highway, where the number of vehicles significantly increases during the tourist season. He urged road police officers to show politeness and courtesy towards both local and foreign tourists, noting the importance of human life as the highest value.
In addition, Azenbek Kozukeiev directed his subordinates to intensify preventive work with drivers, which should help reduce the number of accidents on the roads.
