According to information provided by the 24.kg press service of the State Traffic Safety Department (GUOBDD), the accident happened due to the poor condition of the vehicle and the driver's unskillful actions, which led to the formation of a traffic jam and a collision with another vehicle. As a result of the incident, material damages were recorded.
According to representatives of the GUOBDD, the vehicle braked sharply, and the subsequent truck, moving behind, also attempted to stop but slid back down the slope.
In connection with the opening of the "Kapriz" ski resort on December 6, employees of the Issyk-Kul Internal Affairs Department took measures to prevent traffic jams on the road, monitoring compliance with distance regulations and checking the condition of tires on vehicles heading to the mountainous area.
