In his speech, Niyazbekov emphasized the need for preventive work and highlighted the importance of strict adherence to electoral legislation to ensure the transparency of the electoral process.
The minister also called for the maintenance of public order and safety, as well as for prompt responses to citizens' complaints and possible violations on election day.
In addition, leaders of various services and departments of the central apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were sent to the regions to coordinate actions to ensure security and order during the early elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh.
