The ceremony to introduce the new deputy akim took place with the participation of Aydana Imanalieva, the deputy authorized representative of the president in the Naryn region, and Erkin Chekirbaev, the deputy akim of the Kochkor District. They expressed their congratulations to Talgar Isayev and wished him success in his new role.
The position that Isayev has taken was previously held by Bermet Abdrakhmanova, who submitted a resignation letter of her own accord.
Talgar Isayev was born on September 9, 1981, in the village of Kara-Tuu, located in the Kochkor District of the Naryn region.
From 2003 to 2009, he studied at the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabayev, where he received an education in the specialty of "History and Law".
Professional Activity
- From 2007 to 2017, he worked as a teacher at the secondary school named after Sharipbek Abdyldaev;
- From 2017 to 2018, he held the position of director of the secondary school named after Kapar Kydyraliev;
- From 2018 to 2023, he was again the director of the secondary school named after Sharipbek Abdyldaev;
- In 2023-2024, he worked as a specialist in the district education department of the Kochkor District;
- Since 2024, he has become a leading specialist in the same department.
He holds the rank of junior inspector of the state civil service.
