Kanat Davletov, born in 1963 in the Issyk-Kul region, in the village of Tamchy, completed his studies at the Karaganda Cooperative Institute in 1991.
He began his career in the same year, working as a goods economist at the Panfilov district Coop Trade. He subsequently held various positions, including head of trade at the Panfilov rural consumer society and advisor in the district state administration, which allowed him to go through all stages of public service.
From 1996 to 2000, he was the director of JSC "Rovny," located in the rural district of Kırpüldök. Then, from 2006 to 2011, he worked as the deputy head of the Frunze rural administration in the Panfilov district.
From 2011 to 2022, Davletov served as the first deputy akim of the Panfilov district state administration.
From 2022 until his passing, he worked as a chief specialist in the Panfilov district at the Chui regional office of the Financial and Credit Fund under the Ministry of Finance.
