Jalil Abdykalikov was born on June 2, 1955, in the village of Sary-Bulak, Jayil district of the Chui region. He graduated from the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute in 1979 and began working at the Republican Clinical Hospital.
Since 1980, he worked in healthcare institutions in the Panfilov district, holding various key positions: neurologist, psychiatrist, head of the outpatient clinic, and deputy chief physician. For the last six years of his career, he headed the Panfilov District Center for General Medical Practice.
Abdykalikov was awarded the badge of "Excellence in Healthcare" for his contributions to medicine.
In addition to his medical practice, since 1995, he actively participated in community life and served as a deputy of the Panfilov ayil kenesh.
Farewell to Jalil Abdykalikov took place in the village of Panfilovskoye, where colleagues, veterans, local government representatives, relatives, and residents gathered. He was buried in his native village of Sary-Bulak.
He is survived by his wife, three sons, a daughter, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
