Kuralbek Naskeev.
Kuralbek Naskeev was born on October 18, 1947, in the village of Kozhomkul, located in the Jayil district of the Chui region. He began his career from 1968 to 1971, working as an electrician and engineer at the Republican Long-Distance Telephone Station in Frunze.
From 1972 to 1980, he held positions as the secretary of the Komsomol committee of the Polytechnic Institute, then as the second secretary of the Sverdlovsk District Komsomol Committee, and head of the student youth department of the Central Committee of the Komsomol.

In 1980-1981, he worked as an instructor in the Frunze City Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, and from 1981 to 1985, he was the secretary of the party organization of the Civil Aviation Administration of Kyrgyzstan. From 1985 to 1990, he served as the chief engineer and director of the Frunze Plant for Measuring Instruments.
From 1990 to 1996, Kuralbek Naskeev was the chairman and head of the Suusamyr rural council.
From 1996 to 2000, he headed the office of the Osh Regional State Administration, and then from 2000 to 2001, he worked as the akim of the Panfilov District State Administration in the Chui region. In 2001-2002, his activities were associated with the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Until March 2005, he held the position of first deputy governor of the Jalal-Abad region.
Until 2014, Kuralbek Naskeev worked as the deputy general director of OJSC "Kyrgyzgas."
