He was born on November 12, 1956, in the village of Bospiek, located in the Aksy District of the Jalal-Abad Region.
He began his career at the Aksy District Court from 1975 to 1979, where he worked as a court session secretary, head of the office, and court executor.
He then held the following positions:
- Judge of the Suzak District Court (1994–1996),
- Judge of the Jalal-Abad Regional Court (1996–2006),
- Judge of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic (2007–2012),
- Deputy Chairman of the Jalal-Abad Regional Court (2013–2015).
After many years of service, he retired.
