He also urged all citizens to actively participate in the elections and make an informed choice.
This election introduces a remote voting mechanism for the first time. This allows voters to vote at the nearest polling stations if they cannot attend the station corresponding to their place of permanent registration.
It is important to note that within their electoral district, a citizen can only vote at the polling station corresponding to their place of permanent registration.
There are 2,492 polling stations operating within the republic, and 100 outside its borders. The total number of voters on the lists is 4 million 294 thousand 243 people.
